Parlez - lui de moi, Live performance, 15th June, 2021

 One hour of singing "Parlez-moi de lui", a dramatic love song by Dalida, speaking of a loved-one who has disappeared but the singer still searches, asks and helplessly talks about him. The unexpected and changing effects of the repetition of one same "drama" over and over are at the core of the performance.

Another key point is the space chosen - the historic heart of the city of Sofia where the buildings of the presidency, the council of minsters and the old communist parliament meet.  Also called "the triangle of power", the square uniting the three buildings has been, during the last 30 years, the place where the most massive anti-corruption protests happened. The combination of a personal and heartbroken song, talking of someone missing, with the symbolics of the space itself, created and unexpected effect where no one is sure weather the singer will have enough energy and voice to keep singing until the end of the hour.
